Mineral on the nose, bright with tropical, spicy and herbal notes. Crystalized ginger with a slight tarragon finish. 3% residual sugar
Blend of SS Chardonnay and Petit Manseng. Fermentation continued after bottling giving this wine a tiny bubble, sparkling effect. Almost Brut style in presentation. Semi-sweet with apricot and citrus hints
Rich & Heavenly! Fermented in Bordeaux Oak for 10 months before bottling.
Blend of Cab Franc, Merlot,and Malbec.
Aged 14 months in French Oak.
2017 Vintage was a hot, dry year allowing for flavorful ripe
fruit. This wine was aged 20 months in Bordeaux and American Oak.
100% Stainless steel fermentation
makes this wine bright and lively.
Aged 12 months as single varietals of Petite Verdot, Cab Franc, Merlot & Malbec. Placed back into French Oak to age an additional 6 months.
2014 Blend of Cab Sauvignon,
Cab Franc, Merlot, Malbac,
and Nebbiolo. Aged for 24 months in Oak.
100% Viognier grapes, subtle aromas and floral notes with an elegant balanced acidity.
This 2017 vintage was excellent. The vineyard is rocky, with grapes being small and concentrated. Aged in both French and American Oak for 22 months, this Cab Sauvignon is smooth and expressive.
